Who can play?
Anyone over 18 can enter a team to play the game.

$495 per team ($195 student teams).
The winning teams will get international bragging rights first and foremost.
We will also be giving away a $10k cash prize to the winning team!
Your team will need access to laptops or PCs with an up-to-date internet browser, a good internet connection and we recommend a video conferencing platform like zoom, teams or similar.
We have tested extensively with laptops and the latest browsers. Tablets and other devices are not recommended but can be useful additional tools.
To make things fair, everyone has the same amount of time as others. The game will last approximately 4.5 hours.
You can register between 5 and 10 people on each team.
More is not necessarily better.
You can start by pre-registering – this will give you early access to the full registration before anyone else.

The leaderboard is updated every few days. The final leaderboard will be revealed on 18th December 2020.

Between 00:00 GMT 23rd November 2020 and 23:59 GMT 15th December 2020. You can play at anytime of day or night.
Organizations can enter as many teams as they want. The teams are differentiated by the Team name when it comes to registration.
No, we reserve the right to publish the top 10% of results at any one time. This is not about shaming people, it’s about being the best. Each team will be notified of its own results.

Organizations can choose to enter multiple teams into the competition. If so, we will generate your own leaderboard privately for you to share internally.
All participants will be asked to check their security settings before the game and you will have plenty of time to fix it before the games go live.
10% of participation fees will be donated to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation
