Some of the learning points I’ve heard from my team since we played the game:
“It was a really engaging way to get our key objectives of collaboration and driving operational efficiency embedded. It broke down barriers between people working in different areas of the business and built working relationships, not just in the game, but outwith too.
It provided an insight into how we can all better work together to achieve common business goals (as well as what happens when we don’t!).
No longer will death by powerpoint suffice, setting time aside, mixing with your colleagues and interacting is key to embedding the learning down.”
