The whole team enjoyed the session, it was good fun and brought us closer together as a team.
The task itself taught us that when we remove emotion from the equation and make rational decisions, we are capable to working extremely efficiently as a team and being successful.
We learned that how we organise our physical environment is very important; this is something I have historically been sceptical about.
The team learned that we need to stop accepting legacy rules and ways of working. If we’re going to be successful we need to be prepared to challenge convention.
