Over a number of progressive levels participants parachute into an existing commercial business and are tasked with dramatically improving the performance of their business as they make key strategic business decisions and react to external pressures.
Each level includes a 20 minute review (intro) session, a 30 minute planning session and a 26 minute live action sequence. Every minute of live action, represents 1 week of operating the business; 6 months trade in 26 minutes; or 2 years trade in a matter of hours.
